About Me

I’m Naomi—a passionate multi-exceptional teacher, lifelong learner and fierce advocate for neurodivergent children. For over 30 years, I’ve dedicated my life to creating classrooms where every child feels seen, valued, and empowered to thrive. I am the teacher I needed as a child.

I specialise in working with gifted, twice-exceptional and multi-exceptional learners, crafting innovative, strengths-based approaches that celebrate their unique ways of thinking and learning. Whether through creative problem-solving in Mathematics or fostering self-regulation and metacognition, I believe in using a holistic approach to unlock the full potential of every child—not by changing who they are, but by embracing their strengths and supporting their vulnerabilities.

My journey has taken me across culturally diverse schools, shaping my understanding that learning is not one-size-fits-all. Every learner deserves a space where they feel safe to explore, make mistakes, feel they belong and ultimately flourish.

Beyond the classroom, I’m always learning—diving into new research, exploring and finding creative ways to connect with the world. My mission is simple: to be the teacher I needed as a child and advocate for the children who think outside the box—because we are the ones who will change the world for the better.
